The
province of Heredia is located in the north- central part of Costa Rica. The
region is home to very rich vegetation and a metropolitan city of Heredia. Two
very environmentally important areas in the region are Braulio Carrillo National
Park and Sarapiqui River. The city of Heredia is also known as the city of
flowers due to its eternal beauty and cultural richness. The flowers produced in
this region are exported in many parts of the country. It is not just the
beautiful flowers but women of this region have gained significant reputation of
being most attractive in the country.
TEFL in Costa Rica: Course Overview
During the 150 hours TEFL course in Costa Rica, the candidates are taught all
the major points required by the teachers to evolve as a successful ESL Teacher.
As we also get candidates without teaching experience, classroom practice and
teaching observations plays an important part during the training. A Pre course
assignment is also given to the students so that they can gear themselves up
before the 4 weeks of intensive TEFL Training. The course do not have any final
examination however, the students are regularly assessed on their assignments
and teaching practice. Six hours of observed teaching practice is absolutely
mandatory..

All the candidates are given lifetime job assistance by us at the end of the course. The teachers can also be absorbed in the local schools if there is vacancy. We also assist our teachers in resume preparation and scheduling interviews. The certificate awarded to the students makes them eligible to teach all over the world.
Four types of accommodations are provided to the students during their four weeks of TEFL course. The cost of the accommodation starts from 160$ and goes up to about 900$.
