TEFL in Bali: Course Overview
The TEFL Course in Bali is of four weeks within which the 120 hours of TESOL Course in included. The teachers are taught all the basics of teaching English as second language and emphasis is given on all four language skills, reading, writing, speaking and listening. Within 120 hours of TESOL Course, a significant amount of time is utilized in teaching practice in real classroom situation. This is to give new teachers confidence in the classroom. The teaching practices are observed by peers, trainers and observers. As the candidates of the TEFL certificate course in Bali will be teaching English to Indonesian students, they will gain experience of teaching English as second language during the course. The ESL teachers in Bali can also choose to do one month of volunteer internship after the completion of the TEFL course to explore Bali and gather skill.

Accommodation
During the four weeks of TESOL Course in Indonesia, the teachers are provided accommodation in a beautiful resort. The teachers have to share a room in the bungalows with another co –trainee. There are two single beds in one room. The candidates can choose to have their own bungalows or rooms for extra cost. The cost of accommodation during TEFL Bali course starts from just 250 USD. The candidates who chose to do one month of volunteer teaching in Bali will have to pay extra for the accommodation during that one month.
Jobs for ESL Teachers in Indonesia
Indonesia ahs a great demand of TESOL Certified teachers as English has a growing demand in this country. The developing tourism with developing economy has resulted in to the demand of English teachers here. The average salaries of the teachers are from 6,000,000-8,000,000 Rupiah/mth. Most of the English teaching jobs in Indonesia are in the big cities like Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung and Solo. The teaching contracts are of 12- 18 months. Foreign teachers with TEFL certificate are in high demand. However, it is not legal to work without work permit. The schools generally arrange for the work permits for the ESL teachers in Indonesia.
