It is important to have a legal work permit and a proper Visa for teaching English in Mexico. The work visa in Mexico is known as FM3. There are various types of FM3 visas available grouped under various categories like Business, Technicians, Arts, Sports, Journalists, etc. Each immigration office has their own set of rules. It is important to have good communication with your school regarding Visa. There are few documents required for FM3 renewal are a valid passport, valid Tourist Visa (FMT), letter from the school, letter from you, apostille degree and proof of residence. The TEFL certified teachers need the following documents to acquire a FM3.
