The TESOL Institute in Kathmandu is located in the central part of the city. Most of the major city landmarks are close by. The school has classrooms and office rooms. Facilities include hot and cold water services, and a small but resourceful library that is dedicated towards ESL learning. There is a small tea stall downstairs and also a small restaurant where you can find simple local dishes. A number of big restaurants and cafes are however, located in the vicinity of the school. The school is also close to the International airport and the Bazaar of Thamel.
Accommodation is provided to the students with local host families. The candidates are provided separate room while staying with the host families. At the home stay, three times meals are provided to the students along with the accommodation. There are also numerous hotels in Kathmandu, which can cost from 5-100 USD per day depending on their standard and amenities.
