Online TEFL vs Onsite TEFL

The three weeks, 120 hrs on site TESOL certification program is an intensive course as the organization intents to provide all round training to the trainees. Other than acquainting the trainees with the latest techniques of teaching a foreign language the course also includes short sessions of Grammar and Phonology These sessions cover the basics of Grammar and the Phonology sessions covers stress, rhythm intonation and the speech organs. The course also includes foreign language session which will help the future teachers to understand and realize what helps and hinders the language learning process and what techniques can be introduced to facilitate a language learner. However, if you can dedicate yourself for full time three or four weeks, it is always better to go for the Onsite TESOL course.
