The schools are usually divided in two sectors private and public. Tutoring can
also be a good option for the ESL teachers as teachers are required for teaching
English privately.
In the public schools of Poland, the prospects teachers with good academic
background or experience are quite good. The pay package in the public schools
is not as good as its private counterparts. But getting necessary work permit or
other documents can be much easier in public schools.
The Private schools pay good salary to its teachers but the work load is bit
extra. The teachers are paid approximately 8-10$ per hour in the school. It is
however, important to go through the contract before.
Apart from schools corporate institutions hire teachers on a regular basis.
English is now an international language and most of the companies are
encouraging their employees to be proficient in it. The pay package at the
companies can be quite good but these kinds of jobs are rare.
